In 1997, I founded Sargent & Associates, a loss prevention service company working directly with employers providing risk management, medical case management and vocational rehabilitation services to injured workers with an emphasis on workplace wellness. Due to its success and the increase in awareness of chronic health conditions and the affect on employee health, Choose Health by Sargent & Associates was launched in 2008. It specializes in providing health and wellness programs to insurance companies, engineering firms, manufacturing, medical facilities, municipalities/schools and health insurance carriers.
