Elizabeth is originally from Massachusetts and serves as the Wellness/Fitness Supervisor at BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina. She holds a B.S. in Exercise and Sport Sciences from Colby-Sawyer College and an M.P.H. in Health Promotion, Education and Behavior from the University of South Carolina. Elizabeth strives to give employees of BlueCross the knowledge and the tools to make healthier decisions that last. She is also a certified athletic trainer.
