About Carol

Carol joined Arthur J. Gallagher & Co in 2015 in the role of Health Management Consultant. She has been partnering with clients to improve the health and wellbeing of their workforce since 1997. Carol supports employers with the strategic design, implementation and evaluation of their wellbeing initiatives. Her extensive background in health management and customer service coupled with 20 years of experience provide her with the fundamental skills needed to develop and execute effective health management strategies. Her passion and commitment to wellbeing enable her to communicate successfully while building strong relationships.
