About Vicky

Vicky Stevens has been in a variety of roles over her 30 year career, such as higher education faculty member, business owner and consultant, and is currently the Director of Talent and Organizational Development at the Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts. At the Center, she is responsible for managing and supporting the assessment of organizational needs and the design, implementation and evaluation of programs that facilitate the professional development and continuous learning of team members, particularly executives and emerging leaders. At the heart of everything she does is people - advocating, coaching and developing those around her is what matters to her most.
