Progress, not perfection is the motto of Hydro-Gear's Wellness Program.....always striving to improve the health and wellness of our employees. My career with Hydro-Gear, a manufacturer of hydrostatic transmissions for lawn equipment, began in August 2002 when I was hired as the Product Engineering Assistant. In 2007 Hydro-Gear recruited a group of twelve employees to kick off a Wellness initiative. The opportunity that was presented to me in serving on the Company Wellness Team ignited a real passion for educating employees on their health and wellness. The journey in educating and supporting employees while they achieve their goals is rewarding.
