About Jody

Taught in public schools for over 20 years while working weekends as an OB nurse. Volunteer work in community with CPR and First Aid., Worked with state wellness programs and was an active member in NAACHO working on the Obesity Coalition. She was able to travel all over the US along with others on the team. She has worked with health departments in the state of Florida as both an OB nurse and a school health nurse. She attained her certification in School Health Nursing. She has worked with Humana for 5 years first as a nurse manager, then as an education, and currently as a Health and Wellness Advocate. She obtrained her masters in adult health in 2011.
