Julie-Rae Steinmeyer, B.S., CES, NASM, received her Exercise Science B.S. degree from Northern Arizona University. Certified as a Health Coach, Personal Trainer, and a Corrective Exercise Specialist. Julie currently is Regional Manager for Lifestart Wellness Network and is responsible for directing and overseeing company partnerships for LifeStarts’ multiple Phoenix locations. She educates individuals and communities in an effort to promote, maintain and improve healthy lifestyles. She is passionate about fitness and wellness as her enthusiasm for both is infectious.
